Shabs was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. I am bridesmaid in a wedding that needed to be moved up by 4 months. They worked hard at locating the dresses that we wanted and made sure they would be delivered in time to be altered for the wedding. We live a couple hours away from London and they informed us that after alterations they could ship the dresses to us so we wouldn't have to make a trip to pick them up. Just a wonderful experience. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, but it took a while for them to actually get me a fitting room when I got to the store. The lady who helped me was nice enough, and seemed to know what she was talking about, so I hope I will be happy with my actual dress when it arrives! I got exactly what my bride wanted for a bridesmaid dress �
I had an appointment to try on wedding dresses today. I was greeted and they were able to find my registration sheet and my appointment. I had a very lovely stylist helping us named Morgan. She was very kind and very helpful. She did everything she could to make this a good experience. However, I was put in a spot next to the bathrooms. I had someone interrupting my stylist, myself and my family every 2 minutes to go to the bathroom. I had the most awesome experience at David's today and I said yes to the dress!! Jeanette Simon was absolutely patient, kind and super funny! She made my experience dress shopping such a calm and unstressful one! She kept me right under budget and took her time! Quality experience hands down! I recommend David's in Orange anytime! Thanks Jeanette!
Great customer service, good selection. They really need to dry clean their dresses because they were worn and a little funky. But not their fault customers don't wash before coming in to try on clothes.
