I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted but Fransesca did an amazing job at finding me the perfect dress. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one!
I arrived and met, Katie, who helped me with dress selection, color and size. She was SO helpful - took pics to send to my daughter for approval and gave me useful feedback. Much different experience than what I had on Sunday. If you're a MOB/MOG and don't want to deal with the bridal/prom rush - go during the work week - nite and day difference!
Bought me wedding dress here and the Rep listened to every opinion I had of each dress and was able to find one that fit all of my taste concerns. Not only that I went in for my daughters as junior brides dresses, three weeks before the wedding, we were having a problem finding a dress for my 13-year-old. Went prom shopping with my nieces. Our personal shopper was amazing! The staff at Davids Bridal was helpful and attentive. The selection is great with good quality and affordable. Especially compared to other Bridal shops and big stores like Macys. The personalized experience and variety of options made for a wonderful and fun shopping trip!
This store was extremely accommodating. Kristan was courteous, relatable, friendly, and had an IMMENSE knowledge of the store and what I needed!
This location was really accommodating when it came to one of my bridesmaids dresses getting lost in the mail. They did everything they could to accommodate my needs. Exceptional customer service when it came to troubleshooting. Our experience at the store wasn't so great. It was really busy and the sale woman who was there to help us did not help at all. I think we just had bad luck because I've heard nothing but great things from other people. All in all impressed with cost of dresses and the helpful staff.
The ladies were awesome, especially since it was 2 days before my wedding. They made everything so easy and simple. We were there for maybe an hour. They are quick as well. I love my dress. Thank you.
