I said YES TO THE DRESS today! My stylist Delayshia was AMAZING. She was so nice and patient the entire 3 hours that I was there. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. She took her time and brought me several dresses to try on. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I just advised her of my budget and sort of what I liked. She took that into consideration and brought out this dress and it ended up being THE DRESS! Thank you so much! I had a great experience with the customer service in this location.
Mikayla was amazing! She helped me find the perfect dress and was honest on what she thought would look good! I highly recommend her.
I had Lorrie as my consultant on sat afternoon.she was amazing, my wedding isnt for a year and 5 months but i work at night and sleep during the day. So we decided it was best to start planning early so it wasnt so stressful. I want to get some ideas and wasnt going to purchase a dress for a couple months. But she helpe me out and narrowed it down...Needless to say i walked out buying my dress. Thank u Lorrie!!! Very nice place. I was there yesterday at the Orland Park store with my niece to pick out her wedding gown. Her bridal consultant was Neva and she was very helpful and tolerant with our group. I felt bad for her because she was working with more than one group at a time. (guess you could say she was a multi-tasker) Anyway Neva was like "Grace under pressure" . She did an amazing job!
Lately, my friends and I have made multiple trips to DB to get not only our bridesmaids' dresses, but the bride's dress as well. We've been to a couple locations & the Columbia location is by far the most welcoming. Although everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting at this location has been super nice, Stacy Baker went above and beyond & thankfully gave us her expert opinions, which is so helpful when you're in a sea of dresses with no idea where to go. we did a girls trip to find my wedding dress and the experience was amazing. The staff was so helpful and informative on what I was looking for. They were able to take the image I had for my dress and make it a reality. Not only did we find my dress but I was able to get it altered and take it home the same day. They are amazing and I totally recommend this store to anyone looking to plan a wedding.
The girl that helped me find my dress plus my bridesmaids dresses was amazing! Her name is Stacy Baker and I highly recommend her! She went over and BEYOND to make sure I was comfortable and happy! She also gives great advice and tells you her opinions which is much needed! I have had terrible experiences at another location and I would rather drive an hour and a half away from home to Columbia just for her to help me if I ever need another dress in the future!
