As the mother of the groom I was apprehensive about buying a dress from Davids bridal. I made an appointment to look at dresses. I found 2 that I loved. I ordered the one I thought I loved most until I came home and looked at the pictures. I loved the other dress more. So I called the shop that night. I thought I could just do an exchange dance I hadn't even had the dress yet. There are no refunds so I had to buy something else. Not very happy with that policy for sure. I took my wedding gown in for its first fitting with my mom! We were helped by Erin and Maria!! Both amazing!! Lovely, sweet ladies and had the best experience ever! Will highly recommend them to anyone else going to that location!!
this older lady was beyond the sweetest to us & to my mother. picking out four dress but the last made it all come true for wedding 😁 great people, service & good pricing dresses. my good friend Ashley worked there & she was helping us here & there but either way, it was a great day & thank you to David's Bridal for the beautiful dress that my mother has chosen out 😁
Stephenie there was fantastic! I knew what I wanted and my price range and she arranged the perfect selection. Easy in/easy out but had a great time with her!
