I had originally come bridesmaid dress shopping here and had a really bad appointment so I wasn't very optimistic this time. While I didn't get to find my dream bridesmaid dress, Ta-tiana made dress shopping as fun and stress free as possible. I am truly grateful for everything she did for me and would definitely go back to talk to her again.
first time i have ever been to a dress fitting. the young lady that waited on my niece was very attentive, creative, patient, and fun.
So super helpful, I loved Tracy who helped me try on dresses and I literally bought the first dress I tried on! She answered questions that I didn't even know I had! And was so incredibly cool! And the lady from alterations was awesome as well, even though she needed to see many other brides at the same time she took her time and was wonderful as well! Going back in February for alterations appt and I can't wait!! ���
We had such a great experience at the Location in Oaklawn. Antonio was such great help with everything!
We had the pleasure of working with Mercedes. She was super accommodating and determined to help us find the perfect dress. Her efforts paid off. Mercedes is knowledgeable and has outstanding customer service skills. In addition she is an alterations specialist. After our positive experience today I wouldn't want anyone else other then Mercedes to do the alterations. She is fabulous!
I loved everything about it!! The attention , help, & love that was in that place. I also want to thank my wedding stylist for helping find my dream dress, she was the best!!
