The staff was excellent. I had Amy as my consultant and she listened to my every want in a dress and was very helpful. She also made sure to respect my budget. Another gentleman helped as well when Amy had to help her other client and he too was amazing and helped me accessories which made me fall in love with my dress more. Going back to get my bridesmaid dresses soon :)
The staff was so nice and they really got involved in the style dress you had imagined to help you find the perfect one. They have tons of dresses to choose from, as well as bridesmaids dresses. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for that perfect dress!

We went for bridesmaid dresses. Large selection but a ton of people and chaos. Our assigned saleswoman was nice but gave us misinformation about the sale and how long it would take to get the dresses. We felt pressured to order them that day as we were told it would take 15 weeks for them to come in and with a June 10th wedding date the girls ordered their dresses. Because the girls were not from Syracuse two ordered from Albany and their dresses will be in in 4 weeks and another girl ordered from Buffalo and her dress will ... read more
Maria in alterations is AMAZING!!! I would never trust any one else for my alterations. She has done my wedding gown, my mom's MOB dress, my family friends dress and her daughters wedding gown. She is a true blessing!
