Went today for an appointment expecting to have a horrible time finding a gown for my plus size frame and ended up loving almost every minute of it. From the time I walked in, the staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient- even with several other appointments happening at the same time. My consultant, Alix, was great at rounding up dresses from the extensive list as well as helping to curtail unwanted opinions from my somewhat large "peanut gallery." Absolutely awesome experience!! Went in with 2 styles of bridesmaids in mind I had found on the website. I had an appointment and Erika was my consultant. Right away she guided me to the dresses I had seen and quickly sized me. I was there for less than 30 minutes and I had already been sized, had tried on dresses, and finalized my choice!! Excellent customer service!!! Definitely recommend for all your bridesmaid or bridal needs!!! Ask for Erika!!!

I came in today all willy nilly not expecting to find my Wedding Dress. I didn't have an appointment for a fitting but I only had to wait a short while before someone was able to help me. I was greeted by a fun, quirky, friendly Samantha...she was perfect, the perfect person to help me and my daughter find my dress without being pushy and we were both comfortable! The womans name that helped me is Heather. She was the most polite, very knowledgeable about the gowns, and friendly person I've met in a long time. She made my experience as a plus size woman looking for a bridesmaid dress pleasant. I think she went the extra mile. I couldn't compliment her enough for how she handled our appointment.
