Went there for my bridesmaids but ended up trying 3 wedding dresses!! Was blown away by the AMAZING customer service by Sales Associate Sabrina!! She put me at ease, took care of all of us with laughter and a smile!! She made the whole experience wonderful and memorable!! Thank you Sabrina!! �
Had an appointment yesterday & ended up finding my dream dress! There is such a huge selection in the store and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating! Tayler was amazing and went above and beyond to assure that I was happy. Everyone in the store was wonderful!
The young women there are great! The older women kind of over looked us when we arrived but we stayed and looked around anyway. Finally a younger African American woman approached us, asked us about our needs and answered question that we hadn't even asked yet! Great customer service. I hate that I can't remember her name. We came into David's Bridal on a Thursday night at 7 p.m. They are only open until 8 p.m. We were unaware and disappointed to learn that you have to have an appointment to work personally with a consultant. However, they very graciously checked to see if someone was available, and had someone come work with us anyway. After looking through the books they provided to determine the style we wanted to see, the consultant found 3 dresses for my daughter to try on. Of the 3 they helped pick out, she loved 2.
