Despite all the horrible reviews I've read I have to say my experience was incredibly awesome! The key is patience! When I came in for my appointment I wasn't helped right away but they were constantly reasuring me they would be with me asap. They did! And my consultant was amazing. She did leave occasionally to check on another bride, but that was understandable and gave me time to hear my family's opinion. I went in today not knowing what I wanted, but knew I did not want a lot of dress. We have been married for 33 years and we are renewing our vows, did not have a fancy wedding then my husband ask me to renew our vows. I didn't want to spend a lot on a dress and they were very helpful and let me try on a dress right then 2nd dress I was in love. Thanks David's Bridal!
