We were shopping for a prom dress. The in-store experience was very pleasant. The consultant helping us was so nice and attentive. My daughter found the dress she loved. I asked about any coupons or sales going on as there were discount signs on the racks. But, of course, none of them applied to her dress so we had to pay full price. I walked in after searching for dresses online and I've tried boutique stores not really my thing .. I had a few items picked out and was given Kari (I hope I'm spelling that right) and she explained where everything was and had me pick out a few and even got a display one for me .. I only tried on 4 dresses but the last one was perfect for me.. I am In a wedding that had set up an appointment to pick out dresses for the bridesmaids. We had set it up with a specific consultant(Abby) because she went above and beyond for the bride. When we arrived for our appointment they put us with a different consultant that disappeared and was less than helpful. As we were taking care of ourselves, we seen the girl we had set the appointment up with and spoke with the manager who then had Abby take over our search for the perfect dresses for our group of girls.
