My bridesmaids and I went in for a very last minute appointment (which they completely accommodated to!) after having a horrible experience with Alfred Angelo's, and we were treated so wonderfully! We were given such great service by Casey who was our consultant and she was so helpful and sweet as can be! I recommend coming here for good customer service and great dresses! We will be coming back soon for another appointment!
I had an appointment yesterday, 2/21, for a wedding dress fitting. The consultant that was appointed to me was Michelle and she was FANTASTIC!! I came with 5 other people - she made sure chairs were available and introduced herself to everyone that was with me. Michelle asked me so many questions to get a feel for what I wanted - I had no intention of actually getting a dress yesterday but thanks to her, I purchased the most beautiful wedding dress that I could've imagined. I went to David's bridal to just get an idea of what dresses there were and I was amazed at their selection. They had so many bridal dresses as well as bridesmaid dresses. I had a wonderful attendant that really seemed to love her job. I found the perfect dress and was very touched when I rang that bell!! Very wonderful experience. My bridesmaids found their dresses too and they had dresses that matched their body type. I was very impressed with their prices too. I had such a wonderful experience there. So since I have read mostly bad reviews recently on DB, I wanted to share my experience yesterday. I had an appointment for Noon at the location on Harbison Blvd. It was a Saturday, so of course, it was very busy. My Mom and I walked in, checked in and were taken back to the Alterations section of the store within 2 minutes. Krys, who we worked with the entire 2 hours was extremely nice and you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing.
