I just purchased my wedding dress from here and I am blown away by the staff at the Tulsa location! My consultant was incredible. She listened to what styles I wanted and my budget, she then found me my dream dress!
I had nothing but the best experience on Jan 16th. My mother and I were greeted politely right away. Got assigned to a lovely girl who's name was Sarah, who quickly got me in and out of a fitting room with my dresses as I explained I was from out of town and this was meant to be a quick trip. She was full of smiles and extremely polite!! Thank you Sarah for making my morning that much smoother!! I had an AMAZING experience today! Yes it was super busy because we were Saturday, but my consultant was SO nice, loved her! I had selected styles on the US website, couldn't find them in store, so she and my sister went to find some styles that I would like, and she was there with me the whole time I was there - 2 hours! She came in the fitting room with me to help me put the dresses on, etc. I found my dress, rang the bell as it is their tradition, and she also gave me extra time with the fitting room for my sister to try ... read more
