Picked out my dress today with my mother and made of honor. I'm a plus sized bride, so any form of clothes shopping makes me uncomfortable. Bobby was absolutely incredible!! He made me feel very comfortable and was such a big help! Please, if you make an appointment, request him. You won't regret it!
I said YES to the dress today!!! Ashira was a great consultant and the managers were nice as well! She stayed with my wedding party for hours and was always there to get anything we needed! After of looking and trying on found my perfect dress and perfect bridesmaids dresses !!! I don't know how this store could rate lower than 5 stars ... Clearly I was not in the same store as mentioned in previous reviews!

Grateful for the professional staff at the Florence location for all of their help in finding the perfect dress for my daughter's Debutante Cotillion.
