Absolutely amazing customer service. I would recommend this place to every bride-to-be in Ottawa. I was just there for a friend, and was completely blown away by the quality of assistance and service.

My daughter, three of her bridesmaids and I arrived for our appointment at a very busy time. The staff were welcoming and attentive, even as many demands were made on their time. My daughter's consultant was very patient and could have let us narrow down the choice to one that we had pulled off of the racks, especially after two hours of helping us. I had a great experience yesterday with our consultant Dana. It was my first time trying on bridal gowns and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. After only a few dresses she able to pull dresses that I loved!! At this point I'm deciding between two. Dana listened, stayed within my budget and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
I went to David's Bridal on Saturday with my sister (who is getting married) and our consultant was Dana. She was delightful, polite and warm. When my sister gave her ideas on what she would like, Dana came back with dresses that we wouldn't have even thought of. Dana was thoughtful and knowledgable, and while we did not leave with a dress this time (indicision), we plan on going back and asking for Dana.
Special thanks to STEPHANIE for finding me the perfect dress on the very 1st try for my September wedding! And thanks also to JOSEPHINA & the alterations department for making my dress fit like a glove! I had an excellent experience at store #45 in FRISCO, TEXAS. All the staff made me feel very special; like a beautiful bride, in spite of being over 40-something- and nervous about beginning the shopping experience to find "The Dress" that would flatter me and make my future husband's jaw drop! I have to say our experience at he Lenexa David's Bridal was AMAZING the girl who helped us was awesome and patient I wish I could remember her name. My daughter's name was Kylee and her appointment was at 9:30 this morning so maybe if any of the employees get on this page they can put her name out and let so others can ask for her..anyway our gal got out the dresses Kylee had picked out she noticed we just weren't quit satisfied with what we were seeing so she picked out a couple we would of really never thought of looking ... read more
