So far I have had a horrible experience. Visited the store and tried on bridesmaids dresses and having the info put into the system. Called a few weeks later and placed and order over the phone for a metallic steel blue dress. Dress comes in and I go to pick it up and it’s just the regular steel blue. So I bought a wedding dress and we had to wait till June for delivery which was fine. Had to cancel the order so I called and I was told I would get store credit and could use as needed. Which was fine. But when I called back to actually cancel the dress I was told I could get store credit but had to use the store credit in one use. I could not buy a little bit at a time. Now I have to buy close to 900 at one time. What a ridiculous policy.
We had a great appointment for the wedding dress. Consultant was very friendly and attentive. Bridesmaids appointment was terrible. The consultant was never around when we needed her and we felt very rushed. But we did find the bridesmaids dress and flower girl dress. I picked up my daughter’s flower girl dress last week and she was ecstatic to put it on. However, as I zipped it up, I lost my excitement. I paid $150 for a brand new dress. Went with the bride to get measured and find address as a bridesmaid and mother of the groom my two granddaughters weren't helped at all and we have been waiting we paid for the dresses and have been waiting almost a month to be notified that they've come in and haven't heard a word the bride hasn't heard a word they even went and checked and they weren't in I'll be calling them in the morning to see what they say and I'm hoping the dresses are there so that the bride doesn't have to worry

I would never refer anyone to David's Bridal. My granddaughter purchased her dress there. After we paid for it they informed us that they do not have storage.n She had an appointment booked last year to go for the alterations on May 5th, they called her and said that they had to change the appointment to the next day as someone else needed that appointment. I had an appointment on Saturday, March 17. I brought two girls in to try on dresses. Our consultant Susan was awful. She completely ignored one of my bridesmaids and as a result she only tried on a handful of dresses. Towards the end, Susan hovered and kept trying to get me to make a decision, which I’m sorry honey, but that doesn’t work for me.
