I’m going to be really honest when I say that picking a dress at this location did not go as we had hoped. I didn’t have high expectations for dress shopping to begin with but honestly my experience at this location was a major disappointment. We had set up an appointment for dress shopping and were paired up with one of the staff members who was not immensely helpful even in the least bit. Our Bride had an appointment for 5pm and we showed up 20 minutes early not to mention we drove over an hour n a half to get here and they said we can’t do much without an appointment even though we had an appointment scheduled and an appointment confirmation! A couple girls walked in behind us and said there was no wait to try on Prom dress!! When asked why we couldn’t use one of those rooms they said they are reserved for prom and a half hour slot. When asking the name the girl at the desk could care less that we were here ... read more

My experience at David’s Bridal in North Olmsted was horrifying!! My daughter had an appointment with a woman named Cassie and upon arriving we were immediately greeted with a half smile and given one chair for our party of four. If that wasn’t bad enough as my daughter was trying on her dress Cassie continued to walk off, offering no help in assisting with the pinning or tucking of my daughters dress. Rude employees and bad customer service. Do not recommend. There are several other bridal shops nearby go there instead.
I ordered my dress for a destination wedding. We brought a dress into the store to match the color. We found the dress and order it. The dress is completely off. When I return, I will speak with a manager about my issue.
Just left David’s Bridal! We had our alteration appointment at 3:30. Maxine pinned and completely altered the dress while we waited. In and out in less than 20 minutes!
I was highly disappointed with my experience. I was led to the front of the store to pick out dresses and had to wait for the consultant (Dawn) to return, so long that I had to have her called over the intercom. I picked out at least ten dresses and she only brought my three. The ones that she brought me were too small and I had to keep asking her for the right size.
