I was not impressed. The girls acted like they were bored & annoyed they had to be there during the snow storm. Hardly any interaction with the bride. Poorly dressed, very aloof , not pleasant
David's bridal has the worst customer service in the world. I've been dealing with the same issue since February 17th when I Called and PAID for shipping and my dress was never even mailed out to me when they assured me it would be. When I called back the second time the girl didn't know what she was doing had me on hold for 10 minutes to talk to her "manager" then a week later I call back to find out where my dress is that I still haven't received and she says "oh it was sent out only 2 days ago" then Kayla gives me the tr... read more
Worst experience for a new bride! The greeter was so so rude. I had an appointment and was treated poorly and rushed. I never got any direction, no dresses were pulled for me and my consultant was very lost and didn’t care to help. I will not be back.
I did not have a good experience! My consultant was over booked I literally had 2 people with me and the other person had like 10 the consultant was more worried about her dresses rather then me she seen me in one dress but seen all the other girls dresses on her . I couldn’t even come out of my dressing room to see what I looked like in my dress because they were so packed it was really ridiculous and not how I pictured my first time trying on dresses! I would NOT recommend this place!

Never have I been treated so rudely and unprofessional in a customer service environment. As the mother of the bride arriving first they the staff were only concerned about a confirmation to the appointment my daughter set up. Come to find out if never confirmed and they were not willing to help and could have cared less that we would go to another bridal shop to spend our money.
