Worst customer service I've had in a while. My mom had made an appointment for herself to find a mother of the bride dress a few weeks ago assuming that there would be someone to help walk her through the chaos that is dress shopping. Upon arrival we were greeted, and given a room but aside from that no help whatsoever. There was plenty of staff on hand and only one other person in the store and yet they couldn't make the time. On 02/24/2018 my soon to be sister-in-law had an appointment at 12:30 for a bridesmaids and wedding dress. When they arrived at approximately 12:15 and there were 2 lines but nobody there to greet them, tell them what they needed to do, or anything. They picked a line and waited about 10 minutes, when they finally got to the front my sister-in-law they asked her name and she told them her name and that she had a 12:30 appointment in which the lady told her she was not on the bridal list and would have to get in the other lin... read more

For over a month, I have been waiting for my mother of the bride dress to arrive. Well guess what - it hasn't because the wrong dress was ordered. It does not matter how business the store was that day - it is the sales associates' job to confirm that the correct style number for the dress was entered into the system. Now , I've been told that i have to wait another month for their mistake to be corrected. At this point, my search will continue and if i find something, I will demand a refund.

The customer service needs work... reps should be attentive to the customers and be informed on the products in which are being offered. It’s disorganized.

David’s bridal has the absolute worst service I have ever encountered. The first time I came in to browse for dresses for my wedding they yelled at me for not having an appointment. I just wanted to “window shop” to make sure I wanted to set up an appointment and not waste my time. I set up an appointment for my bridesmaids four months in advance. I told them I had seven girls. We only had three rooms for my seven girls. I asked to look at a Vera wang dress well knowing it was Vera Wang and the lady responded with “are you s... read more

The customer service/phone service is awful. My bridesmaid dress came in last Wednesday 2/21 in the afternoon (or at least, that is when they called me to tell me that it was in). I hadn't gotten back to them for a day, because I was working. They called again the next day, this time leaving a message saying that my dress needs to be picked up ASAP. We went here today for an appointment to look for a flower girl dress for an upcoming wedding my daughter is in and a mother's dress for my aunt for the same wedding. When I checked in at the front desk the guy was very snooty. I said I had an appointment and he could not find the paperwork so acted as if we did not have an appointment and would not be able to have anyone work with us. Absolute worst customer service! I was told I didn't need an appointment to go try on a bridesmaid dress .... I get there and they tell me there's a 30 min wait time... and the store wasn't busy and they had plenty of fitting rooms open... I left and don't ever plan on going back! Absolutely ridiculous that you can't even use a room to try on a dern dress without a babysitter!
