I wouldn’t even give 1 star...went to pick up my dress from having alterations done I had an appointment and they were overbooked...was thrown in outside dressing room with no help to get my dress on...when I complained the hem was too short I told the woman I’m wearing flip flops and want to make sure u don’t see them...I was told sorry u can leave a review...did nothing at all to try fix the problem...I will never use them again

Terrible experience. Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. When we first walked in we were told to sign in and that someone would help us in a moment. Well half an hour later and everyone was basically running past us, didn't even look at us. I would never go back. When we left there were three girls standing at the front chatting and not one of them asked how our experience was or even have the courtesy to say "have a good night". AVOID THIS SNOTTY PLACE. It honestly felt like a scene from pretty woman.
Just received a phone call from you guys. Was told I need to pick up a dress. I am from Davenport, IA and picked up my dress three weeks ago in Davenport. When I called back to the store after listening to an unpleasant voicemail from the manager, I was greeted by a friendly associate, then was transferred to a manager who was extremely rude. It clearly was a mixup and I did not appreciate the attitude.
This bridal shop is horrible. They are incredibly rude. My sister is getting married and I had to be measured for my bridesmaid dress. They refused to measure me because I was not purchasing a dress there. When I called to ask if this service could be done, the woman I spoke to on the phone assured me they could measure me but when I came in, the woman I interacted with said flat out no because I was not purchasing my dress there. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend them at anyone!!!
The staff was very friendly and personable. If only that was all there was to good customer service. If we hadn't found (pretty much on our own) THE dress, on the first one we pulled off the rack (ourselves) we would have never bought a dress there. To a previous commenter's point, no.
