Ok so I am maid of honor for my friends wedding, we all went to the appointment for our bridesmaids dresses. The sales rep only brought 2 dresses in multiple sizes. She disappears constantly even walked off when the mother of the bride was in mid sentence talking to her about our dresses. The bride showed her on the chart 3 style dresses we wanted to try. Extremely poor customer service. My bride to be is having one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t there when she got her dress, just her telling me about her experience. However, this past Sunday I went with her and all the bridesmaids since menswear house is next door and witnessed first hand the poor service. I did have an amazing experience being there, I had Jessica and she was amazing! Was very helpful with anything I needed! On the other had the managers are very rude,and snooty and don’t help you to the best they can! Had it not been for Jessica I would have walked out and not returned. After already having a bad experience before this one..
Horrible store! Very over crowded! I had purchased my wedding dress there 3 weeks ago along with the over priced slip. Turns out I found exact slip for only 29.00. They were asking 89.00 so when I got the email that the slip has arrived and ready to be picked up I went up there to just get the refund for the slip I nor longer needed. I was told no refunds. I'm like I was never told that I couldn't return anything. I dont even have the slip in hand you still have it. I asked to speak to a manager and she was the rudest person... read more
My sister is getting married. She waited 40 years to find the perfect man. The stylest she had was horrible. She was actually mean. She told us we were being too boisterous. Really, 40 years we have waited for this day. She never smiled and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She was huffing and puffing the whole time. She totally ruined my sister's day. 2 stars for the no mirrors in the dressing rooms. I could not even get the dress on properly without a mirror. My first bridal consultant kept opening the dressing room door while I was half dressed. The store was full with men and women and I was very uncomfortable and frustrated that she would just open the door for all to see. Our first trip here was wonderful Miss Francis helped us tremendously once we found the dress the manager Marianne told us they could order it new for us in her size two weeks later they had not called to let us know the dress was in and to make appointments for the alterations so I called and they squeezed Us in on a Saturday upon arrival I noticed the dress is not new and they've just put new tags on the dress the alteration lady told me that the dress was new and I told her I wanted to speak with the manager the... read more
