Do not book your appointments with Christine. She will not be of any assistance and will rudely rush off while you're in the middle of asking something, and then come back and ask if you're done yet. You can find low prices but, you get what you pay for. SO MANY unnecessary issues through the process of getting my dress and dresses for my wedding party that ruined my experience. One of MANY examples was one of my bridesmaids getting a call that my paid in full wedding dress would be sent back if I didn’t pick it up in the next couple days and they had NOT even talked to me to let me know it had come in a month early. I went here to get my dress. My sales rep was horrible. She was not helpful at all she spent more time helping the person beside me then me. When it came to getting our bridesmaid dresses we were rushed through like cattle. I have now had to change a size of the bridesmaid dress because one couldn't be there and they have told me too bad final sale. Well you guys pressured me into buying it because you said it would takes month to get in. Came within 4 weeks. Now David's bridal expects me to buy another dress. Too bad so sad... read more
The consultant did not really help me at all. She was more concentrated on the others. My sister and my best friend had to help me make sure i feel like a queen! NEED NEW WORKERS!
There with my daughter (Bride) & bridal party. She booked online. Never told it was “prom season” until we arrived to find limited availability of dressing rooms, collections, & accessories. Very hectic & unorganized. Assistant chooses a dress only to be told “I’ll need to see if that’s in your size” comes back I’m told “yes it does” then get measured, she “checks again” only to tell me “so your measurements don’t actually work with this dress because is really a prom dress so it’s like jr’s“. Highly disappointed 😢 about the availability of plus size 👗 dresses. Lawanda worked hard but she needed help and no one assisted her (as if they wanted her to fail). I got so frustrated I refused to try on another dress. I let my bridesmaids shop but we were a party of 6. They let Lawanda try to assist all of us. It was not the best experience and after 5x’s being a bridesmaid and now on my special trip.. I was extremely disappointed!
Talked me into getting their credit card saying 12 months interest free. Opened my bill today...all of the interest was tacked on my bill. Customer service was useless. My visa would've been less interest. Needless to say...we won't be getting the brides maids dresses there and I'll tell everyone to stear clear of them.
Overall it was a positive experience. They started our appointment early which was nice but seemed like they were a bit understaffed because our stylist was was other groups when she was supposed to be with our group. Ended up picking out our dresses pretty much all on our own and everyone had to do what the stylist should’ve been doing like pinning to show what the dress would look like after alterations.
