I went there with a specific dress in mind that I had my heart set on. I had almost the same dress that I bought offline, that wouldn't fit me that I was going to bring them to get altered. (It was a David's bridal gown) However, they said that they wouldn't even touch it without the receipt, even though it has the original tags. I seen that they had a $99 sale going on and that a dress almost exactly like mine was included! Past two times i’ve been here the people have been absolutely rude. Besides the lady who helped me get my dress she was the ONLY nice one. The other managers or whoever it was is absolutely rude, they were even rude to one of my bridesmaids as well AND my 2 year old daughter!!! i’ll be taking my business elsewhere, surprised this place is still open tbh

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a retail store, much less a bridal store. From the moment I walked to the second I left without getting a goodbye and only hearing “I’ll call you in 2 weeks about buying the dress”. The dress that I WONT be buying from this store. The lady that helped me was very unprofessional and I can list multiple reasons why. If you make an appointment 2 weeks in advance make sure to ask if there is a bridal show going on that day and time, otherwise you will show up to only 30 dresses or less to... read more
Absolutely terrible experience. Alteration “professionals” don’t even take measurements and just want to guess on your size. First dress was ordered 2 sizes too small. Drove an hour to pick it up and realized it was way to small. I was then told dress did not come 2 sizes up so I couldn’t even get the dress I fell in love with in my size. When I was in the middle of talking to the alterations lady about what to do next, an employee came over and interrupted us and pulled her away. I went there tonight and wanted a belt for my dress! The girl working there named Morgan was so unbelievably rude! I will never ever in my life be going back to that store or recommend it to anyone! Terrible customer service!
My beautiful friend is getting married in August and we went to look for our bridesmaid dress. Lisa was our consultant and I personally did not think she was much help. She wasn't very into our "party". She did get us a few dresses we needed in different sizes and did provide us with clips.
