The bathrooms are gross. Its obvious they are not regularly cleaned.
My sister is getting married and this is where she chose to look at wedding gowns. Overall we had a great time because the family and friends made the best of it. The service we received here was sub par in part due to not receiving the full attention of our sales associate. Two different bridal parties were scheduled at once for our associate and we were not able to get the service we should have to meet our needs. Half of the time we didn’t have our associate around to help and when they were around they were somewhat rude.
I was very unsatisfied with the service I received here. Although I did end up finding my gown here that I love, my overall expirience has been poor so far. First time I visited the store after recieving a 50$ off coupon at a bridal show I was told I could look but I couldnt try anything one and couldnt even pull something off the rack to look at it. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Way over crowded they where running about half an hour late and never told us!!!!!!! The girl was clueless about everything, the bride LOVED the dress but couldn’t get a straight answer from the girl, and it was simple questions!! And then they couldn’t help us find the colors of the wedding!!!!! No help what so ever, so the lovely bride went to brides by young almost a cross the street! That place is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
I made back to back appointments for myself and my bridesmaids. My appointment wasn’t terrible as I did find my wedding dress. However when it came to my bridesmaids it was aweful. I didn’t have any consultant helping us. When I complained I got a new girl who’s only been working for 2 days and you could tell she was overwhelmed! My bridesmaids didn’t get a dress and they will not be back for theirs. Then when I went to check out with my dress I found out that they don’t dry clean the dresses. I took my MOH and one of my bridesmaids to look at dresses for them. The one I wanted wasn't available for them to try on at that store because it was a newer style. The sales associate checked the system and none of the other stores have samples to try on either. I had the girls try on the long version of the dress in hopes that it'll fit them the same as the knee length one I want them to wear. These stores should keep stock of all the dresses they advertise or at least have them in a store close enough to go to.
