The service was excellent but all the dresses were old. Alot were ripped and the zipper messed up. They didn't even have all sizes in the dress so your forced to try on something way to small.
We came in to try in bridesmaid dresses and Lemmy was our consultant today. She was also working with a bride and spent the WHOLE time with her. She didn’t help us find ANY dresses. She then yelled at one of the bridesmaids and told her we had way to many dresses in the dressing room. She was only interested in helping us when it was time to place an order. Today we went to get my girls bridesmaid dresses I have been so excited for weeks! We had an appointment we get there and the girl that helped us basically put us in the corner and left we seen her 2 times the whole appointment I went threw had to get all the dresses my self (I’m the bride) and literally did not see her one time she never brought us chairs we stood the whole time!! I absolutely am in love with the bridesmaids dresses my bridal party chose and for the beautiful selection of dresses I give 3 stars. My only very small complaint is that I had an appointment and maybe they took on some walk ins or maybe they were overbooked but the woman helping us was helping multiple parties and I kept having to hunt her down. I went to David’s Bridal with my Bridesmaids for a dress fitting for a convertible dress. I walked in and the consultant said they don’t have the dress. I was fine with them trying another one, it was just a different material. My sister was the first to try the dress and the consultant did not know any styles. The website specifically said go to a David’s Bridal store for help!! The employees were also disrespectful looking right at us and whispering! They were not helpful at all! I do not recommend this location.
Absolutely the worst experience for me and my bridesmaids, I booked an appointment a month in advance since all girls have different schedules and some live over an hour away. We went in today I was super excited we were somewhat greeted by our “consultant” I told her I had the style numbers of the dresses I liked and she pulled them. Although we were treated well by our “stylist” Shamyka, courteous and very helpful, the place was packed to the max and although we had an appointment this store was chaotic. We really had a tough experience due to the traffic going through the area where we tried on dresses, not enough chairs for us, dressing room too small for the larger gowns and uncomfortable. I was really excited to go to David’s Bridal. But I was a little underwhelmed with the selection. They had tons of dresses but not many of the style I wanted (mermaid). However I absolutely loved Sol, she was so friendly, listened to what style I liked and didn’t pressure me. I wish they had my dream dress just so I could have gotten it from her! I 100% recommended her to anyone going to David’s to shop.
