Tracy was helpful. However, people at the entrance desk were criticizing and talking bad behind customers. This behavior needs to be addressed by management!!
We went in to look at bridesmaid dresses and they sales associate pulled the dresses we had in mind and only came back one other time to check on us. We pulled belts and shoes and accessories by ourselves.
While we love the dress selection the service left something to be desired. Our appointment was for 12p and we arrived 15 minutes early and walked around. That was fine. We found the dresses but didn’t have a Consultant. Even durning my slotted time. She was in the Store was was focused on a Bride. Hello Bride here too. Yes I know I’m just getting bridal party but still i scheduled this months out.
Such poor quality, for bridesmaid dresses. Bummed out about it, the dresses look so different in the Magazines and adds.
I’ve been to the same store several times and each time they bring me the same dresses. Each time I have told them no and have left the store with yet again, no dress.
DO NOT GO TO DAVID BRIDAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVERPAY AND GET YELLED AT!!! THE ALTERATIONS ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! Witnessed the two managers yelling at a bride who was not happy with the 160 dollars it was to trim the dress. Still came out to long and had her trip all night long! Nothing could be done since the wedding was a day away.. the disregard and disrespect those ladies had for just one unhappy bride. Was unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO DAVID BRIDAL IN LANGLEY. THEY JUST YELL AT YOU WHEN THEY DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU.
