Absolutely awful customer service. The woman I had helping me would have better suited working in a funeral home. I brought pictures of dresses I liked and none of them were anywhere close to what the pictures were. She has no personality and was not helpful at all. We left empty handed and went about 15 min down the road and found the exact dress I wanted at a wonderful amazing place in Chelmsford MA!
Absolutely horrible. I purchased a dress there a couple months ago and was told by the manager at the time that I couldn’t get a refund but I could always exchange it for something else in the store. Sounds great right! Except that the manager today looked at me like I had 4 heads when I told her what I was told before. To be exact her response to me was “a manager never would have told you that” so now I’m a liar! Basically a good experience the only thing that needs improved is that there is no communication between the workers,
The employees that were sitting at the check in table were very unfriendly and unwelcoming! For brides/bridesmaids that spend hundreds of dollars on dresses/accessories/shoes etc. you would think the employees would make their customers experience unforgettable! And even though myself and bridesmaids bought their dresses at Davids Bridal I️ wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!
11/4/17-We were greeted great! Our daughter lives in Boston but getting marry in Miami. Our challenge was to get a dress during my business visit, accomplished! Debbie was 1/2 good, she started helping us, about 1/2 hr into our appointment, she started helping someone else. I was helping my daughter between dress, in, out n hanging. Really didn’t mind but I think we got shot changed. After trying few dresses, including some Debbie suggested, she decided on the first one! I went to the David’s Bridal in Springfield, Pa to get a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding. No one helped me, I had to get all of the dresses and sizes and try them on my own. The person who was supposed to be helping me came by once and told me a dress looks nice. It was a terrible experience and I really loathed giving them my money. If I had a choice I wouldn’t have, but the bride wanted all of her girls to match and to go here. I will not be going back after I pick my dress up. I am getting it fitted elsewhere.
This place is the worst. I had my third appointment today to try to buy bridesmaid dresses and everything about the experience was horrible. each visit just gets worse. Employees have no respect for sensitive matters and want very little to do with actually helping. If you find a dress you want, i highly recommend double checking Macy’s. They carry a lot of the same dresses and I am very confident your experience will be much more enjoyable.
I wish I could give them negative stars. Everything about my experience was absolutely terrible. First while being fitted for dresses, my bridesmaids, who are not the same size typically, were measured. The woman then announces, "well, all of you are the same size except for you, you're two sizes bigger than everyone else," to one of my bridesmaids. If I could give it 0 stars I would! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH THE MOST SPECIAL MOMENT OF YOUR LIFE!!! I just went in for dress alterations and it was a complete NIGHTMARE!!! They were so unprofessional and rude that I couldn't even trust them to do my alterations. The Chinese lady literally YANKED my price tag/care tag/extra button tag off my LACE dress. I was mortified.
