Terrible service! Felt rushed when tried on wedding dresses a few years ago but had a friend who just had a crazy experience there so thought I would give my review! Employees were rude and didn't care or take anytime helping me when I tried on a dress they wouldn't even help me get into it! Always tell ppl to stay clear of them! Do NOT recommend this store for any brides. I waited 30 minutes to be helped even though I had an appointment. I was pushed into a corner, and given 2 chairs even though I had 8 loved ones with me. I felt rushed and unimportant. The staff was no help in finding dresses that fit my vision. The moment my appointment time ended, I was told to leave. There was no regard for the fact that I missed out on half an hour of my appointment. I did find a dress I loved, but refused to buy it from a place that took no time to make me fee... read more
Terrible experience beginning to end. We should have cancelled our appointment from the beginning just judging from their lack of organization and unprofessionalism. We did actually find dresses (basically without much help from our consultant) but decided we weren't spending our money here.
I would like to say first off, that I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. My experience with David's Bridal was not a good one. The lady that was helping us seemed bothered by helping us in the slightest. She put me in every style of dress I told her I DIDNT WANT and every dress that was way out of my price range. If it wasn't for my cousin finding dresses I had wanted on the rack (I was very clear about the style I wanted, my price range, etc.) I would have never found my dress. Don’t try to make an appointment here. You’ll show up and they will have no idea who you are. � Thanks for wasting my time and gas. On the plus side they still saved all of my information so I’ll be getting plenty of emails about sales and dresses I can’t try on. �
I went to David's bridal last night and was horribly disappointed with my first dress shopping experience. My consultant put me in a dress 3 sizes much too big (the only comment my bridesmaids and family said was that the dress looked like it was wearing me) and didn't try and find a smaller size even though I loved the dress. She seemed dismissive and irritated and didn't try to add anything onto the dress (accessories, a belt-like damn, my budget is 3 grand, I'm here to spend money). I had booked an appointment for 1230 for my 5 bridesmaids. We didn’t get into the single room until 1245. They told me there would be two rooms. We got the second room at 1315. And were told at 1320 we had 10 more minutes to try on dresses. They were pushy and the only thing that made it a good experience was that I was with the most easy going group of girls.
