One of the worse experiences of my life. Staff are super rude and will not work with you. They practically tell you to diet so they dont have to make alterations. Dresses fell apart by the end of the night . I would never recommend anyone to go here. Way to go David's bridal for being awful.
I had my appointment set for an hour an half and I was supposed to have a stylist to help me, well when I got there a lady showed me their show room and said I could start picking what I liked and that a stylist would be with me shortly; so I picked about 7-8 dresses right away and still waited on the stylist to greet us, ask about my choices and get a dressing room for like 10mins. Oh my goodness AWFUL! Grumpiest staff ever working for such a precious celebration of happiness and love. FELT SO WEIRD. Walked in and they had no idea wh I i was because apparently I wasn’t in the books - then magically later they found my name. I was on the appointment schedule after all. (Of course I was, I confirmed about 50 times theoigh text and online). NEVER going here again and NEVER recommending them to anyone. After getting my bridesmaids fitted for the dresses we requested, the staff told us they were "unable to order the dresses" and couldn't even give a direct answer as to why. Apparently the dresses they offer are not available as advertised. Don't waste your time.
They had a good selection of dresses all throughout the store, and with different price ranges. However, we felt rushed through the fitting, and the sales lady was inexperienced in helping us. A lot of the dresses weren’t the best quality either. We were cramped in the back of the store, and it was so warm! As a bride who will need a dress soon myself, I probably will not be going back to this location.
We were a little disappointed with the service, the consultants were overbooked and therefore the service suffered. :( Unfortunate, our last experience there a few years ago was so much better! Also noticed that there weren't that many people there this time either- last time there were brides and their parties lined up at the door waiting for their turns, this time...ghost town by noon!
Sherri was an absolute joy to work with. She was extremely down to earth and wasn’t trying to force things I wasn’t interested in. She catered to exactly what I needed and took interest in my taste. There seemed to be several “rules” that didn’t make sense. I am a paying customer, I should be able to come in and buy a dress/try on a dress how I want to.
