While the employees we’ve experienced have been great, it’s too bad that a full service bride/bridesmaid store is as disorganized as this one. Don’t get me wrong, the girls who helped us were phenomenal. Management here seems to be about overloading their employees instead of helping them. Arrived today for an appointment to try on bridal gowns. We were shown the area where we could find dresses we liked for the bride. Our sales associate helped us to the dressing room for my future daughter in law to try them on. Any time we had a question the associate was no where to be found. We had to go pull dresses ourselves. When the bridesmaids came to find dresses they waited for the same associate numerous times to be sized. Go see Linda and Maryjean. I visited the Altamonte Spring store and was very disappointed. Not a big selection on bridesmaids dress and felt really Rushed, we had a completely different experience at this location and drove an hour and a half to go back with my girls.
I went in to see what variety they have and to help figure out what kind of prices I’m looking at. Only one store associate was helping a customer the rest were at the desk talking to one another or walking around the store not talking to customers that being said not one worker addressed me or my fiancé. Mind you there was only one other group of three people in there beside myself and the other one being helped. Newly Engaged Brides: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DAVID'S BRIDAL UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE THE DRESS IS UP TO PAR! Their exchange/return policy is ridiculous. They refused to exchange a dress that has not been altered, kept in plastic, and never worn. They were more than glad to have me come in to alter the dress, of course, after all that would mean dishing out more money to them. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company whatsoever and I will never recommend them to anyone.
I went to David's Bridal in Westbury for the first time to try on Bridal dresses and I had an ok experience. I arrived on time, actually was a little early and did not get seen until an hr and a half later. Then when the consultant did greet me she claimed she had been looking for me but I was in the waiting area the whole time. I am having horrible problems with both the store and customer service. The store had my rush order dress for two weeks and didn't even bother to call me. The store manager, jeff, was supposed to call me back two days ago and didn't. A district manager was supposed to call me and they haven't called me either. The manager doesn't note the system for other managers to know what is going on. I have bought many dresses from David's bridal over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
Picking the dress, and first two fittings,were great last fitting,dress pick up lady had me,try on dress look in mirror 30,sec then told me,to takr,it,off,so,she,could bag it up no offers,of pictures nothing in and out in 5 minutes my excitement was instantly gone very rude lacking of customer service especially when you pay 1500.00
