Absolutely worst service!! So far, out of everything my fiance and I have done with our wedding, David's Bridal was the worst experience of it all. My fiance at first, had the worst experience trying on dresses - she came home crying. But that's not what I'm complaining about. My fiance got her dress at Elaine's because she hated David's so much but she decided to get the bridesmaid dresses there. I was not impressed. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen 15 minutes late. I wasnt helped into my dresses that were so big they took up the whole dressing room so it was very difficult. They were pulled one at a time and my consultant was not very helpful, she didn't help me dress or fluff my dresses and I had to ask her to help me get out of them and take the giant dresses from the room. My third time was a bad experience overbooked and not enough employees. And yes I had an appointment.
Place is dirty, the consultants didn’t check in on us, I’m the bride and I had to grab different dresses and sizes for my girls, made my appointment in advance by 3 months and go put in the corner, and they wouldn’t give me my bridesmaids’ measurements once they took them.
Many options and colours for bridesmaid dresses. Very busy, and crowded place. Pushed about 15min to the end of my appointment to know that I had 15min left and there was someone right after me (I felt this could have been said nicer). I repeated 3-4 times that my colours were navy blue and the stylist still thought it was purple/pink right about until the last 10min of my appointment. Was quite the disappointing experience for me. I booked an appointment for my bridesmaids 4 weeks in advance, when we got there they were grossly overbooked and we had to wait 20 minutes after our appointment time for our consultant to show up. Then the change room area was packed and hardly enough room to stand, let alone try to have 4 bridesmaids try on dresses. Our consultant was also shared by a bride, so forgot about my bridesmaids throughout most of the appointment and we had to find our own sizes. We came from out of ... read more
My maid of honor, my daughter and I went in to get some ideas for the bridal party dresses and the woman Cecelia didn’t seem to interested in helping us. She seemed real short with us after she was told we weren’t ordering the dresses then. I’d rather go to a small personable boutique.
Unpleasant welcome, despite having an appointment, my group and I felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by showing up even though I already had specific dresses picked out and was one of the easiest and most laid back customers ever. The few staff that were remotely friendly seemed overloaded and stressed out. I turned around and went back to the shop I had been at previously and purchased my dress there instead.
I wish I could post pictures.....OF THE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE JOB ON THE ALTERATIONS OF MY COUSINS WEDDING DRESS. DO YOU KNOW SHE HAD TO SPEND HER WEDDING DAY WITH IDK AT LEAST 50 PUSH PINS IN HER WEDDING GOWN. 500+ DOLLARS TO GET HER DRESS TAKEN IN AND YOU LEFT PUSH PINS IN IT, NEVER EVEN SEWED THE AREAS THAT STILL HAD PUSH PINS, THE BUSTLE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND CROOKED ALSO.
