Went in today with an appointment, Donna was assigned to us, never pulled one dress , never exchanged for different sizes , took 5 min to measure the girls then says make sure to tell them Donna helped you , BULL SHIT ... worst customer service ever ... Abby was not assigned to us but when walking past seen we needed help clipping a dress and helped us ... for as much as a dress cost 197.00 a piece , you could at least put in some effort and provide good customer service .....
Today we showed up to the store with an appointment, our consultant was Donna-she was non-existent during our entire appointment..never showed us the different style dresses, didn’t offer to take our dresses to the fitting room when our hands were full with the dresses we had picked out to try on, never offered to help us clip our dresses, get different sizes or take the dresses away that we were no longer interested in. Today was the second time we have come to this store and were made to feel like a burden. We were put in a dressing room by one of the staff who pulled a couple of dresses for us, and were there for maybe 30 minutes while one of my bridesmaids tried on a few dresses. Worse possible experience ever! Everyone there was super rude and there was no help!!! Front desk girl was nasty and I would never recommend going back there. This was my third time going there and won’t ever do that again... ���� bride was pissed when I told her what happened...
I just wanna say that the store “manager” of coral gables store, laura arango, doesn’t have any idea how to treat costumer. She just yelled at me in the middle of the store. She has nor modals or education. Such a terrible and rude person. I don’t know haw a person with that lack of education could be nor a manager but a employee of this prestigious store. Unfortunately, I will not be returning my business to this location nor recommend it. When I went in earlier this month to be fitted for a bridesmaids dress, I would say my service was about a 4/5. I am located about 2 hours away so decided to pay to have my dress shipped to me when it came in, saving me another trip. My dress came in a filthy, 1 lb. shipping mailer. My stylist Veronica was AMAZING !!! 5stars When I walked in I asked the lady at the check in desk for a chair she said they only give them as needed. Cool. You would think being 4 months pregnant is Needed. But whatever. I walk around for 15 min until my appointment time exhausted feeling light headed at this point. I go in the fitting room and try on the first dress which was just "OK . But since it was so big and lots of layers I just went with it.
