I purchased my wedding dress and everything to go with it from here. I booked my alterations appointment and my dress still didn't fit right with my wedding being next week and living three hours away the lady was very nice and fixed it that night, however they charged me an additional $50 on top of the $175 I had already paid for alterations. I felt like it wasn't my fault that it was wrong and I shouldn't have had to pay anymore. I will probably never go back.
One person was helping 4 people. Not good at all. We found everything we needed by ourselves. We had to take pictures of the color we choose and the style of dresses. The service was terrible!
Horrible costumer service ! Went to pick up my dress today. Only interested in new purchases. They were annoyed I wanted to try it on. Have a ton of stuff left to buy and alternations to be done . They won't get my business!!! They should be stepping up their game since the other bridal shop closed!
First time I came in it was a great experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. I picked out my bridesmaid dresses and color and made an appointment for them to come in to get sized. When I came back it was not a great experience at all. The lady who helped us got to us 20 minute late. She didnt really help the girls much at all. One of the girls didnt like the dress and I took her to look at other dresses and the lady never came back to help us look. They rush shipped my daughter's long bridal gown in a plastic bag that came roughed up and dirty. Now it has to be dry cleaned. When she called to to them, they said call UPS it wasn't their responsibility once it left the store. Will not recommend them anymore!!! Do not get anything shipped from them!
They are not upfront with prices. Got my daughters dress off the discount rack, of course the sale was final. They made me purchase the dress before we could talk about the adjustments. Turns out the cost of fitting the dress was 2 and a half times more expensive than the actual dress. At that point I felt there was little choice but to go through with it.
I was less than impressed with the service at David's Bridal. I went in there for an appointment. Theb lady helping me was also helping 2 other people. I told her what in was looking for in my price range and everything she brought me was way above what I told her. I told her I didn't like a dress and she kept bringing me the same type of dresses that I already said I didn't like. My friend with me was the one who was helping zip me up and getting me dressed. The worst experience ever. I won't name the "consultant" but she was very difficult to deal with. She would not listen, she kept bringing dresses that were so far off of the brides vision. She just tossed the bride into a change room without helping her put the dresses on or do them up. She just kept talking about her daughters wedding and how her daughters shoes cost more than the dresses the bride was looking at. Barf.
