I went to this location over the weekend with my bridal party to pick out dresses. They tried on a few style/colors and we found a couple different dresses that we loved. I asked the consultant if the dresses we chose came in the color I wanted and she told me they did. Right before we were getting ready to leave she told me that they discontinued the color for the styles we chose. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but I took my bridesmaids here to get their dresses 3 months before my wedding. They were measured and when the dresses came in 2 of them did not fit. I understand things happen but the one ended up having to pay $165 just for alterations because her second dress came in 2 weeks before the wedding and they claimed they gave her a discount. That’s more than what the dress even cost. I don’t recommend getting your dresses altered from here unless you wanna pay a fortune for it.
Had a great experience at David's Bridal. Walked in found the dress I was looking for. The sales person was young and very helpful. She was really amazing. Received very good service . Will recommend David's Bridal to my friends.
Very horrible customer service I went in without a appointment the employee ask if I had a appointment I said no and she just walk away didn’t bother asking if I needed any help or had questions. Don’t think will go back there:(
We got married yesterday. All of my bridesmaids dresses were from Davids. One of the girls dresses split before the wedding even started. She was still able to wear it luckily. Following the ceremony one of my other bridesmaids entire dress split up the back. She had to change into a different dress. The dresses are poorly made, and zippers are nearly impossible to zip up. Overall very disappointed
Your employees are completely rude!! I went with my mom to get a wedding dress yesterday. We did not know you needed an appointment and the girls trying to squeeze us in were little snots. It was as if they were being judgemental. Yes, they were able to squeeze us in but our helper was just as bad. Acting as though she didn't want to help, picking out the most hideous dresses. Btw, my mom and I we found a few to try on. Before trying them on, mother stated she needed to use the restroom. Comes out and tells our helper there ... read more
The customer service at this location is the absolute worst! Just to name one example I asked about a necklace on display and the girl said she didn't know how much it was and just looked at me blankly like she didn't know why to do!
