The service was horrible. The woman that had helped me seemed to be confused, looked like she had no clue what she was doing. Showed her my favorites I had marked on my account, she brought me a couple but that was it. Asked for certain details and everything was no we don't have it, it don't come in that color, it won't be here in time, no we can't add sleeves. It was one excuse after another. We recently got bridesmaids dresses for a wedding on 9/30/2017. The dresses were beautiful when we tried them on in store, however, when we got the dresses pretty much all of the bridal party had the same issues. The zipper on our dress was CHEAP. One girl even got her zipper replaced before the wedding. Myself and 3 other bridesmaids had to use a pliers to get the zipper up on our dresses, not because they were too tight but because the quality of the zipper was so terrible. We went here for my daughter's wedding last week and I do not recommend them especially the alterations! Not only were the ladies slightly rude but we were very unsatisfied with the bussle! They literally sewed 8 to 10 buttons on the back of her dress to loop up the train! They charged us almost 350 for this!!! The first fitting we went to she didn't even want to take it in how my daughter was asking her to...and she poked herself and never got up to get a bandaid...I made sure I watched her in case she got blood on her dres... read more
I went in today for the first time to look for my wedding dress. I was super excited and hoping to find “The Dress” and have a wonderful experience while doing so. However, this is not the experience I had. I arrived a few minutes late, to which I apologized profusely for and understood it would take away from my time. Visited on the grand opening with my daughter as she was looking for a formal dress the girl that helped us didn’t give us a chance to look but pretty much picked out the dresses she thought would be best for my daughter however she did end up liking one. Had appointments today at 3 with Deanna who was the perfect associate in every way. Tried on about 15 gowns, narrowed it down to 3 and finally one . Then went over to the other side of the store to try on best girl gowns and mother of the bride. 3 successes !!! Poor customer service as they prefer to chat amongst themselves at the front desk than to acknowledge customers.
Our experience was very under whelming. The staff was rude and unwelcoming
I am very disappointed and very mad about the last 2 encounters I've had with David's Bridal in Tyler, Texas. The first upsetting time, my best friend and her bridal party (myself included) went for an appointment for her to try on bridal gowns, and when we got there we had to wait for half an hour past our appointment time because nobody was ready for us.
