No air conditioning!? It was EXTREMELY hot inside the store, in Oct.
I was a horrible experience, i made an appointment and when I arrived my consultant was too busy to attend me. My friends and i chose my dress and tryed it on without anyone helping me. I bought dress which needed alterations. I went back for the alterations and no one explained i had to pay for that up front...i returned once again pick up my dress and saw i needed more alterations, the lady who was helping me acted sounded like she didnt want to work giving and friends attitude. Came here and purchased a backup wedding dress and they told me that I was able to exchange it. When I came in to exchange it for a bridesmaid dress for my daughter and a mother of the bride dress they told me I wasn't able to come back and exchange it until after Tuesday when the associate gets in which is 2 days before my wedding and that they discontinued my bridesmaids color of the dress yet they had colors in there and even if I picked one I wouldn't be able to exchange it from my $300 dress that I purchased so basicall... read more
You know they are quite friendly however on my wedding day my corset broke, even after three alterations so they could fix stuff that should have never been and issue I asked so they can pull this sucker tight and it won't pop right? WRONG wedding day is here my corset popped my dress keeps falling off. I would go anywhere but there for alterations. I will tell everyone $500+ for alterations that aren't even done right is crazy. We have enough stress but not I've got to worry about they terrible job they've done.
Staff is so rude. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else!
My appointment was rushed, and I didn't feel I got the true bride experience. The lady spent a half hour just trying to find me a proper corset and that left me half hour for my dresses. She rushed through the veils and got mad when my aunt wanted me to try a pair of shoes to match " the dress". Not at all happy.
The worst bridal shop ever they get your money then throw you any rag they want to. A very dear person to me was so excited about her wedding until she trusted David Bridal in Ashville NC. What a night mare. C. Wilson is so devastated for what is the most important day of her life turned into the biggest night mare. I just want people to know about this so it wont happen to you.
Awful experience here. Stylist didn't listen to any of my feedback, she didn't pull dresses until after I was in one, so there was a lot of standing around, and every dress she pulled was hideous even though I had brought inspo pictures. Then she tried to sell me on the dress I said was the least ugliest. It was such a waste of time. In the hour I was there, I tried on maybe 7 dresses, compared to dozens at other shops in the same amount of time.
I would have given a five star review, but I'm so disappointed with how they are handling an issue with my bridesmaid. If you have absolutely no issues with their products they are great, but as soon as you have an issue, and God forbid you buy something online, they are unwilling to do anything to help. I will no longer recommend them for anything especially after finding out the way they treated my bridesmaid!
