Our bride had a horrible experience! We are in such disbelief. First fitting the consultant kept leaving. We had to help our bride the entire time. They kept pressing for alteration, so we got alterations done...but failed to tell us there was a fee for every single thing done; that was the 2nd fitting. 3rd fitting the seamstress was unmotivated to help. 4th fitting we arrive to a dress that had not been altered as we had requested. Honestly do not even deserve one star. Customer service is awful. Employees with the exception of one are rude. The wait times are ridiculous, I mean why even make an appointment?!? When you ask about how much longer you are basically told to sit down, shut up, and they will get to ya when they get to ya.
Going to pick up my dress today and they tell me that the bra they made me use that is already sewn into the dress and the petticoat they had me using at EVERY dress fitting aren't paid for. That would've been nice to know at any of the two other fittings you had me go to. 😡
Worst customer service I have experienced. Do NOT shop here! There are plenty of dress shops to choose from that don't look at you like you're just a sale. Why do they all seem irritated to help you? I got here early and noticed they all park right in front as well. �
These stars are all for Lisa.. Lisa helped me find my dress .. she was amazing .. she listened to all my wants and had answers for all questions asked.. you could tell her heart was in finding you your right dress and not just making a sale. She is AMAZING! As for some of the others it isn't the most pleasant vibe and experience you get from them. One Saturday I showed up to the store at 7 pm and the doors were locked.
