I truly wanted to like David's Bridal, especially after the first experience I had there. My mother and I went in looking for a wedding dress for her. I had trouble booking an appointment online (kicked out twice) so I called. Went in to my appointment on the last day of the $99 sale and all sale dresses had been put up as the store associates stated the sale was over on Sept 26. I advised online stated through Sept 27th which they verified. So I was limited on choices because I'm thrifty (and I'm not rich) and their $99 sale dresses were already put up. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 is because they have a great selection of dresses, and because Emmy (who helped me on the first day) was amazing. However, one star would be more adequately suited for the rest of customer service. Came back for my 2nd appointment, and my MOH got there early to check us in only to be told we didn’t have an appointment booked. My fiancé booked an appointment to pick up her dress this evening only to arrive to find out the time slot was now double booked. The consultant spent pretty much the time with the other person who was there to look at dresses. My fiancé was there to PICK hers up & have an accessory appointment. Nobody to help her put accessories on. What business does this? Hundreds of dollars being spent at your store and when you finally send someone in to help her it’s the greeting girl? Nothing we ordered has been right yet! Brides should not have to worry about their bridesmaids and flower girl dresses coming in the wrong colors and sizes!!! This should be a happy time for my niece and it's turning out to be a nightmare! Extremely disappointed!!!!
This place was so incredibly unhelpful and left me in tears. My experience, a scheduled appointment, was not anything it should have been and I am truly disappointed in David’s Bridal for allowing their staff to act in the manor that they did.
Liked the employees but went there for their 99 sell, even went online to look at those dresses beforehand so I could be ahead of the game and now what want... Didn't work out that way at all. They didn't have a single one I wanted. If your okay with paying a lot of money for a dress go whenever but if your going just for that sell go the FIRST day as soon open. I ended up getting a dress there, and I love it but I much rather would have gotten the ones I picked out online. Had my heart set on them.
