The customer service is not so good unless your spending a fortune on a dress. Very unhappy with service!!
Did not have a single dress in store that I saved in my favorites. Was given dresses to try on, I was not able to browse through the show room.
Fantastic experience! Multiple styles in multiple sizes which put me at ease as I was concerned about sizing. Our consultant was very easy going and professional. She listened to my dress requests and suggestions were made with my approval. Not only did I find my dress at David's (and it was the first dress I tried on), but my bridesmaids did as well. Went shopping for my bridesmaids today. Went in and found the dress we love, then go to check out and they said it no longer comes in the color that I want because of a dye issue. Fine, I find another color...same issue! So they finally tell me, while I'm in tears, that they can get a third color that I don't even like but I have to go with or we have to change the entire style of dress. First time I went there I made an appointment and my consultant had another appointment with mine so she was overbooked and was running back and forth and I didn't get her attention. Also they had none of the dresses I liked in store and didn't have a corset to try on in my size. The most recent visit was for my future mother in law and we went in with an appointment. They claimed didn't carry pant suits in store but I had a gut feeling to look anyways and we found them 15 minutes later. Of course again they didn't have her ... read more
I was super disappointed in the way my friend (the bride) was treated during her appointment. The workers told us to pick dresses for her (which we all did) so she could try different styles. Instead of having her try on the ones we picked. One of the ladies that were working with us complelty took over. She grabbed WAY over priced dresses and ones she wouldn't wear. We kept asking her if there were any more styles in the ones my friend liked. She insisted there were NO styles like that and continued trying to push my friend... read more
Poor customer service. Not the consultants fault... she was trying but they booked too many brides and she was juggling 4 at a time! There was no way she could give each the true attention we deserved. I had to leave... spent more time waiting for her than trying on dresses! Sonya, thank you for trying... you should be at a shop where they would appreciate your attention to your brides needs! I found my dress at a shop that gave me the attention I deserved!
Today the ladies at the front desk had an attitude worst customer service was looking for my bridesmaids dresses but my consultant stacy was excellent and love her attitude. Work on customer service please.
