I had called and spoke to employees multiple times with questions as my bridal party is all out of state. I decided to travel an hour to this store to look and try on as I have a May 2018 wedding. (In which I had told employees) And I get there and am told that they can't help me because I don't have an appointment. Why was nothing ever told to me that I absolutely needed an appointment to go there. So now I travelled an hour for NOTHING.
They did not have a bra in my size except the try on bra. They wanted to sell me that same try on bra for regular price. The representative offerrs to spot clean it only to sell it to me for the regular price. She stated no other store had this size. And I would need to order it and wait 12 weeks. Well NO THANK YOU!
Do not ever shop at David's Bridal! A "non refundable company" I bought a brides maids dress in size 16 here in May, lost over 50 lbs, went back to try to exchange for a size 8 didn't have but they did have one at another store in size 12(figured I could take in the size 12 better than the size 16) they said they could exchange but not refund! When you're in the business of customer service and bridal, you should hire people who know what they are doing. Very unprofessional staff. Staff was disrespectful.
Thank you David's Bridal York for trying to ruin my daughter Vanessa Hardman' s wedding. She dropped her dress off two weeks ago for the final steaming and when we went to pick it up today it had not even been touched. The total disconnect with regards to customer service is horrible. We will never be visiting David's Bridal York again!
