My stylist, Kelli (spelling?) was extremely helpful and was great at narrowing down the type of dress I was wanting. I ended up saying yes to the third dress I tried on. It was perfect! Will be returning for bridesmaid dresses soon!
Went there recently cause according to the reviews it was the better one to go to (I'm from warren). But the reviews were wrong. I'm a plus size girl and I'm on a pretty low budget due to a quick change in wedding date and recently finding out I'm expecting. Seen online there were some amazing dresses on sale for 99$ so I went to try a few on. They had nothing bigger than a size 14... I needed at least an 18 to know if it would work or not. It was clean and the assistant was nice but she was trying to work on to many people at once.
I was very happy with my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. Then I went to pick up my dress and found out that the bustle that was discussed at my original appointment is not something that is included with my dress (which my consultant did not inform me of upon ordering). So I find out that on top of the $1300 dress and the $150 I spent for alterations plus $60 for a bra and $100 for a crinoline, I will have to pay for another alteration to add the bustle at $100-$150 or more and that will take up to 4 weeks. Absolutely horrific. This was the first time I ever went to go look at dresses. The customer service was horrible. I was asked what I was looking for and I had no idea. She wasn't very helpful in guiding me to a certain direction. I felt as if the lady just wanted to make a sale and did not listen to what I wanted. I was very uncomfortable toward the end when she kept pushing if someone could help me pay for the dress. She never even looked or let me try on clearance dresses. Waiting while David's bridal tries to correct my wedding gown order for the THIRD time.
Not only was the "manager" Megan extremely unprofessional and rude, but I was treated like an inconvenience for coming in to pick up a head piece that they could not locate after the bride was called and told it was ready to be picked up. When the bride called while I was in the store, she was hung up on after another girl finally found the piece they misplaced. I was recently engaged myself and know where I and my bridesmaids will NOT be getting our dresses.
So my best friend came in today for a fitting for her wedding gown and had the worst experience they where unprofessional and if her wedding wasn't next month I would have told her to get a refund and go else where. the lady fitting her dress left needles all over the floor that she almost stepped on barefooted then almost caused her to step on the front of her dress which also had even more pins in it because of it being fitted and then when she was checking out they kept refusing to tell her how much all of it had cost and... read more
