What an annoying experience. First, I made my appointment online simply to try on a bridesmaid dress. A few days before, I get an email to confirm. So no big deal, I confirm. The next day I get a call, to confirm! I said, "yes, I confirmed online that I will be there." The girl on the phone apologizes for calling and thanks me. 2 hours before the appointment THEY CALL AGAIN. I said, "I have confirmed twice now, yes ill be there. I'm confused why you keep calling." I did come a little late for my appointment with some of my bridesmaids but when I got there they barely helped until the very end, it was very un organized. Will not be returning to this Davids Bridal again.
I went to look for bridesmaid dresses today. My stylist, Justin, did not introduce himself (I had to ask one of the girls at the end). He was not helpful at all and frankly, not friendly. When he found out I did not buy my dress from there, he made a big deal about it and how my bridesmaids would not get a discount because of that. I was so turned off by his whole attitude. When a sales clerk and manager lookup a price and quote your dapughter the price, then when she is checking out inform her they punched in the wrong numbers and raised the price by another $500.00. Writing corporate! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
An appointment was highly recommended for homecoming dress shopping. I made an appointment for my daughter & her friend. Upon are arrival they were very busy, we checked in and began looking at dresses to try on. 1. We barely saw our consultant, I pulled additional sizes & styles to try on 2. Was misinformed of "rush order" fee, never requested rush order (they assume it is rush, event in 3 weeks) 3. Layout in dressing room areas is very crowded & not custimer friendly 4. My stylist was inattentive and unhelpful. I arrived at the Natick David's Bridal at 1:20PM for my 1:30PM scheduled appointment. Upon arrival I was checked in and told to browse the bridal gowns, which myself and 4 guests promptly did so selecting 3 dresses. At 1:40PM my stylist finally arrives after waiting ten minutes in the entrance for my scheduled appointment to begin. I'm very upset and angry with the service at your Woodbridge VA location....I was supposed to receive my dress on the 13th and it came in with a stain and was told they tried to clean it and were unsuccessful, yet no one bothered to call me. It wasn't until I called today that I was informed of this and nownim being told I will get my dress on the 22nd...well I get married on the 23rd
Worst alterations ever. Took 3 times to get a hem straight. Then it was too short. I was told by the alterations manager that I said it was good when she pinned it so if I wasn't happy I should have said something then! Only suggestion for them to correct the situation was alter my dress again after the wedding. DO NOT GO HERE. ALTERATIONS ARE SO RUDE! But according to them, it is my fault.
