Terrible service, the attitude was unbelievable, went there for my daughter's bridesmaid dress, needless to say we did not purchase anything, but instead went to House of Vienna....paid a bit more, but the service was exquisite. Kim the shop owner so friendly and welcoming. And she gave us a great deal! Love House of Vienna!!!
I just went in for my alterations "appointment" that was scheduled for 12pm. And just like my "appointment" I made for my dress and bridesmaids dresses they overbooked the "appointments" and staff were running all around. Same thing with my alterations "appointment" I show up on time and they already have 2 people getting fitted. So I'm waiting again. I didn't get seen til almost 1pm! Such an awful experience yesterday. The employee working with us was SO rude and absolutely useless. I cannot believe this women works in a bridal shop. Will never return!
Felt very rushed. We were a little late due to traffic and once we arrived the Lady told us we would be cut short but after my Daughter started trying on Dresses we noticed a lot of the girls trying on dresses didn't even have an appointment. So I didn't understand while we were rushed when they took walk ins. The Lady we had kelp looking at her watch and would say we only have 10 min left. So they lost our business. Firstly, I drove cross country from Arizona so that I would have the chance to go dress shopping with my sisters who live here. This was our ONLY chance to have this time together before the wedding. Pros: generally the staff were polite and accommodating. (to other brides, my consultant seemed lost, not sure of her store stock, and not really sure how to even get a dress on a person without ripping their breasts off) Cons: the selection was awful, every dress that I loved online was not in store. From the moment we walked in our experience was bad. We called to let them know we were stuck in traffic and would be late. We get there, our being late went from "no problem" on the phone to problem in the store. The two young things behind the desk eyeballed me and my friend and you could feel the "ugh 2 fatties" vibe. Sorry, but I don't know anyone that can pick out a dress for their wedding in 1 hour. That's is from the time you walk in the door to trying on and deciding!! Sorry we did our 1 hour, left went across the street and bought the dress of my daughters dreams!!! With no rush, no hassle, and the help of everyone!!!!
Had an appointment to shop for my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. The customer service was extremely lacking. Our clerk kept disappearing on us and we were kept waiting a lot. Felt like shopping at a Wal-mart :(
you will be fooled. gives you incorrect goods. and say it's the customer's fault. If you want allergy attacks due to the jewelry then you buy them there.
