This was the 4th dress that I bought from them. Everything was great, my consultant was awesome! The only thing was the manager was a hot head. Acted like she was better than me and kept messing with the tip of her hair and looking around. Also she took my dress to get cleaned and it came back worse I had to clean it my self when I got home. Other than the manager and who ever cleans the dresses it was a good experience.
Went in on 9/2 looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. I was greeted by two employees who pointed to a corner in the back of the store where they said I could find what I was looking for....and that's it!! Never came to see if I needed assistance or to offer any!!! PITTIFUL HORRIBLE experience!! My husband WHO IS IN NO WAY WHATSOEVER prejudice stated, "I think you were the wrong color"!!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!
I wish I could give them a 0. The manager who gave me a fake name, "Linda" lied to me. I tried a dress on there and the stitching was messed up, but I loved the dress so I ordered it online. I received it, but it was the same dress that I tried on. They were rude to me on the phone. I called corporate and it was indeed the dress that came from their store... I do not trust them. Especially when you spend a lot of money for a dress
My consultant was busy helping another girl aswell as me. I had an 800 dollar price limit and was willing to really try anything except ballgown. I left without a thanks and goodbye...it wasnt the best experience I can say that much.
Alterations are way too expensive. Other places are either free or much cheaper
Absolutely the worst place I have ever done business with. I got my daughter's flower girl outfit for my sisters wedding. Three days before the wedding my father in law passed away. My wife and child had to travel for the funeral. They missed the wedding. I explained this to the employees at the store and they still said nothing can be done. I had a horrible experience tonight. I went in for my second fitting tonight for my Bridal gown, and the women that was supposed to be there wasn't, she was off sick. Ok, no problem but why didn't the store call me to let me decide if I wanted to go with someone else or re-schedule? They were over booked and didn't help put my bussel up. Not to mention that half the loops for the bussel came apart and needed to be re-done. I was applaud by the service after spending over $700 in alterations alone! Poor quality dresses. Go to bliss bridal. Much better quality and much nicer sales associates.
Worst customer service ever!! Brides please, please don't get anything from this place. My sister got her wedding dress here and all the bridesmaids dress. One of the girls in the party gained a little weight and couldn't fit into her dress anymore. We went up to exchange the dress and they refused to do that, said it had to be within six months to exchange the size.
