Long story short.... just go some where else. They ruined my whole experience.
Do not go here!!! I was supposed to have my bridesmaids dress July 17th, it is now 4 days before the wedding and I do not have a dress. When I went to get sized and fitted they were beyond rude and rushed me out the door, so when my dress came in it was the wrong size. The manager contacted corporate to see if they could order a new size- 3 business days later I had to call them (right as I was leaving for the airport to start my two week vacation) to find out what the deal was. Made an appointment for my dress alterations and told the gal on the phone I had a bridesmaid coming to get a hem as well and she told me I only needed to make an appointment and she can come and get done as well. We showed up early cause thankfully not as much traffic as expected and I was done with my appointment in 15 min. We asked about my bridesmaid getting her dress fixed and she told us she couldn't be seen since her name was not on the appointment. Our stylists was extremely sweet & I felt extremely bad that I didn't like anything I tried on. I mean it's not her fault that their selection is not up to parr- everything was super GENERIC.
I didn't have an appointment but they said they could help me anyway since I was just one person looking for a bridesmaid dress.I was there almost an hour and no one helped me.I went and asked the lady at the desk about sizing and their return policy as well as their online policy.They knew nothing about the online policy and informed me that they have a no return policy.I didn't really like the place from past experiences but this made sure that I'll never shop here again.Oh and the sizing sucks.
I had browsed online so had a general idea of what I wanted but wasn't ruling anything out. The sales person seemed very disinterested and made me feel very rushed. My grandmother and sister were helping me look and she told them that they shouldn't be looking in that section because it was the designer section.
