I will never purchase another dress here. I Purchase a bridesmaids dress for a wedding that got cancelled. A few days after the cancellation, I called to explain and asked if I could return the dress for STORE CREDIT for the $170 dress. I was on hold for 15-20 minutes and got the response of "no... because the dress has been out of the store for too long". I went to the David's Bridal in Glen Burnie MD with my bridesmaids so they can pick out their dress. Jeffery who was our consultant... started out great but declined quickly through our appointment. Luckily, all of the girls found their dresses but Jeffery was not helpful at all. He was more attentive to his other appointment because he was going to get more commission and he made that very obvious. I was in a wedding this past weekend, and the quality of the dresses myself and the rest of the bridesmaid's purchased was horrible, not to mention outrageously expensive for the poor quality and cheap material used. Each time I came in to try the dress on, and finally to pick it up, it was a hassle for the associates to locate me in their computer system, as my friend's information wasn't entered correctly into the computer initially, and no one made any effort to fix it. Incredibly disappointing, staff was rude and disorganized. I went in to order my bridesmaid dress, the saleswoman was unable to find my bride. Unpleasant experience, I would have much rather have spent my $200 elsewhere.
Went in with a friend to find a dress for her cousin's wedding. An employee barely acknowledged us once they realized we weren't there for a wedding gown. I fetched dresses for her and zipped her up because no one helped us.
I hate to be negative but this place is unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful. We went there for the competitive pricing for a flower girl dress but after a chaotic & unprofessional experience I would have been so much happier shopping somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, especially brides, or anyone who needs to order a dress without extra hassle and confusion.
