Not pleased with the consultant we had last night not friendly or helpful place was very unorganized even with a appointment my daughter found a dress but we may try the one in Bloomington do to the consultant we had at Greenood
The ladies was awesome buttt i put my $200 dress on and im not a big girl and my zipper ripped open n had to use safety pins to hold it together. And they not doing anything about it.
The first time I came here everything was fine because I was trying on wedding gowns, told the girl I'd be back and wanted to think about it. Came back again to have my maid of honor try on gowns and she was completely rude and impersonal. Will not be doing business with these people. She wouldn't even help her put her dress on! I had to do HER job! She could hear the poor girl struggling, she even had to get dressed and come out to ask how to put the dress on, her response was "it's a halter" and then she walked away. First off when we had our bridesmaid appointment they didn't help us at all except to put the dresses in the rooms. All of the workers wereworking with three different groups at one time. So 3 of the 5. Bridesmaids went in, tried on the dress and paid for it. 2 of our girls didnt get to try it on. Well after we paid and we're told our sales were final we were told the dress only went up to a size 13!!! The service at David's Bridal was not a pleasant experience.... I had already found my dress and went in for bridesmaid dresses, I asked about the promotion for 39.99 dollar dresses and the consultant told me if only I bought my dress there. She then proceeded to tell me that I could return my dream wedding dress I found somewhere else and they would find me one "similar" there. Very unprofessional and not friendly.
Would not pay press my dress I bought because I did not need alterations. The manager standing with machine in hand told me I will not press the dress unless you have alterations or pay 15.00
I had a great person helping me!!! She was the best. This was my first time to deal with them and it was great!!!
