I was very displeased with my service. I made the staff aware I was just looking and trying to get ideas. We had one gentleman that helped us and explained we could buy swatches. So I said great I'd love to get them. While standing at the counter waiting to purchase the swatches which took about 20 minutes. This was an awful experience, especially being my first time ever trying on wedding dresses. I felt rushed the whole time, got yelled at for having a drink that the Stylist, Vickie, spilt. Vickie talked badly of her manager and co-workers the whole time, stating she couldn't stand her manager and that she's always on her case about pushing sales. Hannah lied to me. Told me I would only get one email from the store. So far, I've gotten 3. None for the purpose they said they would email me for. Do not give them your email.
Got my dress here today! Blaise was very helpful from the moment she started with me. She looked at the styles I brought in (pictures) and brought me a variety of dresses to try on that were all similar to my style. Ended up buying the second one I tried on!
I didn't have an appointment and walked in was greated with smiling faces, I was almost in tears to have to try on dresses again as the 1st place I went wasn't fun! Thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress!
They were great bit we asked them to save the lace off of my dress and she even wrote it down and they threw it away and had to give me some off a totally different dress. They barely apologized for it and I was very disappointed!
Poor customer service need need reps on the floor?
So far I have no had a good experience. They didn't say any of my top picks plus they gave me the wrong size dress. I had to take my dress home when I had alterations in 3 days. When I hauled my dress back in for alterstions that is when the alteration lady found out my dress was the wrong size. I live 45 minutes away and keep having to drive back. One of my bridesmaids got her dress in but has to take it home and schedule an appointment for alterations. She took it home and IT'S the WRONG size also. When she called they hun... read more
