The alterations department ruined my dress, and i was not informed until i arrived to pick it up at my scheduled time. There was no time for a equivalent replacement. The Manager did not have the decency to speak to me directly about the matter. I had to go through the assistant manager, whom i feel bad for because her support team sucks. I expected Davids Bridal to go above and beyond to rectify the situation but they did the bare minimum. Do not spend your money here!!!!
Had an awesome experience at David's Bridal today.. my consultant was new but I was impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness.. the dress I choose surprised even me ...she kept bringing dresses until.i found " the one"...and it wasn't even what I had envisioned...but it was perfect!!! I'll be going back in the future
Terrible customer service! Expect my fiance to travel over an hour to fix their mistake!
The company made an error I their part when ordering the sash for my wedding dress. It came in the wrong color but labeled in the correct box. I didn't notice til I got home (over an hour away) and held it to the color swatch that it was no where close to the right color. I called them to have the issue fixed. I asked them to please order a new one and when it came in and i came to pick it up (an unplanned trip) that I would then return the wrong one. It's so expensive for alterations there I wouldn't recommend going there for your alterations on any dress bridesmaid or being the bride I paid as much for my dress as a bridesmaid as I did for the alterations it was ridiculous!!
Horrible experience! When I purchased my dress, I was told alterations were included. Called today to make an appointment for alterations and was told those are in fact not included and that it could run me $100 or more depending on what alterations are needed. Not to mention the sales associate we worked with was a temp and clearly gave misinformation! I was then told I should have read my receipt! They didn't have a huge selection of color in sizes it was hard to find our color in a size for each girl. Also my appointment I scheduled a week in advance wasn't on there books so we didn't have a consultant. But, I got an email to review that exact store after the appointment would have been done. Lastly, it was difficult to find dresses for petite and plus size girls. I have from a kids 16 to an adult size 26 in my party. Finding one style for all the girls would have been impossible at this store.
Girl was super helpful and knew exactly what to grab that worked with my figure and taste. Excited for my follow up!....My follow up appointment didn't go so well...they messed up the appointments and had to just give me some random girl. She wasn't bad but I just felt like I wasn't getting the appointment and tine i deserved.
