My daughter is in a family wedding. I made an appointment for her to try on the dress the bride picked for her attendants. I checked in for the appointment and waited.... I understand the place was busy, however if I am to make an appointment I expect to be taken on time. We waited almost 45 minutes after our appointment time. We were given the wrong dress style. I had a great experience. I worked with many ladies there at least 3 or 4 times. I tried on numerous dresses. Yes I had to wait about 20 minutes after my original appointment. I don't think people who are marking them poor for waiting after their initial appointment time understands that they still have to finish the party before them. And if the bride or whomever before them run late.....you will be waiting. Wouldn't you as a customer want the person helping you to actually take their time. Had to wait a while for someone to help us. Understandable when you don't have an appointment. My only suggestion is that they have more seating spaces. All the seating does not have to be in try on section.

If you were shopping for your wedding gown, it was beautiful. But if you were shopping for your Jr. Brides, flower girl, or bridesmaid dresses, good luck. I actually had an appointment, and the woman that was assigned to me kept leaving us, I had to literally go find her half of the time...everytime I asked a question it was always a "no" not like, "oh, I'll check on that," or any other advice..it was kind of negative.

On July 27th, I selected a dress. I was told that night that If I wanted my wedding dress, I had to pick it that night for it to be there by September 17th because It needed to be altered one month out. I was told my dress would come in on August 17. I scheduled my alterations for the 20th of August. I was told I could leave my dress at the store until alterations because it was so close. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DB ONLINE! I HAVE YET (SINCE FEB 2017) TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT NAPKINS...EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MAILED THEM BACK WITH INSTRUCTIONS (ON MY $). NOW AFTER A RECENT PHONE CALL, I AM STUCK WITH MISPRINTED NAPKINS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOW "DISCONTINUED" AND NONREFUNDABLE BECAUSE THEY WERE ON SALE. RIDICULOUS AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! SO DISSATISFIED & DISILLUSIONED WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

I ordered my bridesmaid's dress on June 1st using their website. I was given a Sept 28th delivery date for an OCT 1st wedding. Once I found out all of the other women had received their dresses in July, I gave the customer service people a call. I was given an updated delivery date of Aug 19th. I was so happy! However, I called again on Aug 21st when I did NOT have my dress delivered like they told me it would. This call made me FURIOUS! I called and they now told me my dress would be coming in OCT 21. I would never take a dress to David's for alterations. They screwed up the bustle on my daughter's wedding dress so they had to re-pin and move buttons around. Went to pick it up after they supposedly had redone it and it hadn't even been started! There was another girl getting her dress from alterations and her dress had to have more done to it as it was not done right the first time. And a 3rd person came in while we were still there and had to have them fix her alterations!
