Such a joke. Entire family left feeling awkward and uncomfortable. If you want a personalized and "bridal like" feel when you go to try and find you dress, do not come here. My styalist Tiana would not stop checking her click in front of everyone. She rudely and abruptly said no and refused to pull a gown my family had in mind for me. She didn't talk much. We were so excited to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter.But We had to wait 45 minutes past our appointment time. Then the sales lady we had 'mia' was rude and kept looking at her watch. Then told us 'our time is over' shortly after we started trying on dresses. My daughter's experience was awful. She should of been treated like a beautiful princess not an inconvenience!!!!! Never going back. Don't go here.
I'll start by saying the one positive experience I had was with the girl who helped me into my dresses was very kind and understood exactly what i wanted! Since I was at the time 7 months pregnant now 8! It all started when I asked about the layaway option when apparently they thought I was buying that same day in full. Not pleased at all. I went with with mom and my sister who's getting married and she had a set appointment. We checked in the front and was told to go look at dresses and they will come find us when they were ready. 40 minutes later we finally get a lady that shows us to the dressing room and gets the list of dresses we liked. When my sister started trying on the dresses our sales lady disappeared and rarely helped us and every time she did we felt like we were just a inconvenience and kept checking her watch. I took my bridesmaids to try on dresses here and the consultant helping us was more focused on other things than helping my bridesmaids. She spent about maybe 5 minutes with us. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and that the service was not more attentive.
i would never recommend anyone going to them...bad experience from day one...
I can't speak on bridal gowns, but my experience with bridesmaid dresses here was very poor. We found the consultant very condescending and reluctant to help us discuss alterations. She even suggested to one of the girls to wear a bikini top under the dress for more support because they can't put cups in? She also repeatedly brought dresses 3 sizes too small that we couldn't even fit into, one after another, after another despite having measured us-it was almost tortuous. I am so dissapointed with the service and being told one thing by one employee and something different from another. First of all, when i came in for my appointment. We were told that we could look around. We were also told that if we saw something we liked but it wasnt my size, that our consultant could look in the back and see what thwy had in back in my size.
